Room booking can be made through our website. Walk-in booking can't be made starting 1 September 2023.
Tempahan bilik boleh dibuat melalui laman web kami. Tempahan bilik secara 'walk-in'  tidak boleh dibuat mulai 1 September 2023.

Check in starts at 3:00pm, and our check out time is 12:00pm. The final time for walk-in guest/booking is at 11pm.
Waktu Pendaftaran Masuk adalah pukul 3petang dan waktu keluar adalah pada pukul 12tengahari. Waktu akhir untuk tempahan bilik secara 'walk-in' adalah pada pukul 11malam.

 

For those who book online, payment can be made via FPX atau credit card (Mastercard/VISA). For those who are walk in, payment can be made via debit/credit card (Mastercard/VISA).
Untuk tempahan secara online, bayaran boleh dibuat melalui FPX atau kad kredit (Mastercard/VISA). Untuk tempahan secara 'walk-in', bayaran boleh dibuat secara debit/kad kredit (Mastercard/VISA).
Deposit of Rm100 (Villa type) or Rm50 (Room type) is required and must be made via online during booking. This amount is to cover in the event of room key is not returned to us or if there is any damage/loss of d'village@vb Karai Hotel Property. At the time of check out, the deposit will be returned to the guest within 7 working days (minus (if any) any amount deducted for the above damage and/loss of d'village@vb Karai Hotel property).
Deposit sebanyak RM100 (Villa) atau RM50 (Bilik) diperlukan dan mesti dibuat melalui online semasa tempahan bilik. Jumlah ini adalah untuk menampung sekiranya kunci bilik tidak dikembalikan kepada kami atau jika terdapat sebarang kerosakan/kehilangan barangan Hotel.  Deposit akan dikembalikan kepada tetamu dalam masa 7 hari bekerja (jika tiada sebarang kerosakan/kehilangan).

No. Any cooking/heating using portable stoves, hot plates or other cooking appliances are not allowed in the hotel room and villa. 

We do welcome non-Muslim guests to stay at our hotel & villas. However, alcoholic beverages and any non-halal food are prohibited in all the rooms, villas and public areas within the vicinity.
Kami mengalu-alukan tetamu bukan Muslim menginap di Hotel & Villa. Walaubagaimanapun, minuman beralkohol dan sebarang makanan tidak Halal adalah dilarang di dalam bilik, villa dan sekitarnya.

The booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended, cancelled or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel 
will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

All promotional rates displayed are already discounted. Information regarding specific hotel
