The booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended, cancelled or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
Tempahan bilik tidak boleh dibayar semula dan tidak boleh dipinda, dibatalkan, diubahsuai. Gagal mendaftar masuk akan dianggap sebagai "No-Show" dan tiada bayaran balik akan diberikan.
D’Village Hotel is a smoke-free hotel. Guests are restricted from smoking in all the rooms and public areas within the hotel vicinity. Any
cooking/heating using portable stoves, hot plates or other cooking appliances
are not allowed in the hotel room and villa.
D’Village Hotel ialah Hotel bebas asap rokok. Para tetamu dilarang merokok di dalam bilik dan sekitar premis Hotel. Sebarang memasak/memanaskan menggunakan dapur mudah alih, 'hot plate' atau apa-apa peralatan memasak lain tidak dibenarkan di bilik & villa.
Deposit of Rm100 (Villa type) or Rm50 (Room type) is required and must be made via online during booking. This amount is to cover in the event of room key is not returned to us or if there is any damage/loss of d'village@vb Karai Hotel Property. At the time of check out, the deposit will be returned to the guest within 7 working days (minus (if any) any amount deducted for the above damage and/loss of d'village@vb Karai Hotel property).
Deposit sebanyak RM100 (Villa) atau RM50 (Bilik) diperlukan dan mesti dibuat melalui online semasa tempahan bilik. Jumlah ini adalah untuk menampung sekiranya kunci bilik tidak dikembalikan kepada kami atau jika terdapat sebarang kerosakan/kehilangan barangan Hotel. Deposit akan dikembalikan kepada tetamu dalam masa 7 hari bekerja (jika tiada sebarang kerosakan/kehilangan).
D'Village Hotel reserve the right to charge RM200 if you caused discomfort to other guests such as smoking, cooking bringing in durian, mangosteen, dragon fruit, alkohol and others.
D'Village Hotel berhak mengenakan penalti sebanyak RM200 jika tetamu mendatangkan ketidakselesaan kepada tetamu lain seperti merokok, memasak, membawa masuk durian, manggis, buah naga, alkohol dan lain-lain.
Alcoholic drinks are prohibited in hotel premises/hotel room.
Minum minuman keras adalah dilarang di kawasan hotel.
D'Village Hotel reserve the right to inspect all rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and to confirm the acceptable condition of the room.
D'Village Hotel berhak untuk memeriksa semua bilik setiap 24 jam untuk memastikan kesejahteraan tetamu kami dan memastikan keadaan bilik sentiasa dalam keadaan baik.
D'Village Hotel & Villa is not liable for every accident, loss or damage happened to the guest or their personal belonging that occurs on the premises.
D'Village Hotel & Villa tidak bertanggungjawab untuk setiap kemalangan, kehilangan atau kerosakan terjadi kepada tetamu atau harta benda mereka yang berlaku di premis.
